A brand new hard toothed high-power transmission with a large torque range, adopting a modular unit structure design that can be installed horizontally or vertically. There are solid shaft, hollow shaft, and shrink disc hollow shaft outputs. Widely applicable, using high-strength and high-quality alloy steel for carburizing and quenching, it has the advantages of high efficiency, long service life gears, high allowable axial and radial loads, low operating noise, high reliability, and compact structure.

The P and V gearboxes adopt a universal design scheme and can be transformed into industry-specific gearboxes according to customer needs.

◆ Implement parallel axis, orthogonal axis, vertical and horizontal universal boxes, reduce the types of components, and increase the specifications and models.

◆ Adopting a sound-absorbing box structure, a larger surface area of the box, and advanced gear grinding technology for large fans, cylindrical gears, and spiral bevel gears, the temperature rise, noise reduction, and reliability of operation of the entire machine are improved, and the transmission power is increased.

Input method: motor connection flange, shaft input.

The P and V series products come in 3-26 specifications, with 1-4 levels of reduction transmission and a speed ratio of 1.25-450.

It can be combined with the R/K/S series to achieve a larger transmission ratio.
