There are two roller bearings called swivel arms installed on the eccentric sleeve, forming an H mechanism. The center holes of the two cycloidal gears are the raceways of the eccentric sleeve's upper arm bearings, and the cycloidal gears mesh with the needle gears, forming an internal meshing reduction mechanism with a difference of one tooth.
This product is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, food and environmental protection, etc. Suitable for working environment temperature of -40 ℃&Flash; At 40 ℃, under rated load and speed, the temperature rise of the oil pool of the reducer shall not exceed 60 ℃, and the high oil temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.
