The spiral bevel gear reducer also needs to be lubricated at regular intervals to reduce friction between various fitness components. However, many customers have not grasped the appropriate refueling method, resulting in unsatisfactory lubrication results. Therefore, today our company will teach everyone how to properly refuel the spiral bevel gear reducer.
When the spiral bevel gear reducer is used or left unused for a long time, it should be tested for 200-400 hours.
When distinguishing the remaining oil during the operation of the gearbox, there is a significant difference between it and the actual remaining oil. It is suggested to consider the remaining oil and add appropriate gearbox lubricating oil when the gearbox stops operating.
It is often not necessary to add lubricating oil during the operation of the reducer, as the internal components of the reducer, such as the transmission gear or worm gear, rotate to drive the internal lubricating oil to run together. If the remaining oil of the reducer is distinguished under such circumstances, it will be full and less than 2/3 of the oil window, so there will be little lubricating oil left.
The specific steps for refueling the spiral bevel gear reducer are as follows, for reference: 1. Disconnect the dynamic contact with the motor or disconnect the main switch power supply, and then wait for the water to cool down to the remaining temperature (the reducer should still be kept moist and hot when changing oil).
2. Place a suitable vegetable tray at the bottom of the oil inlet of the gearbox.
3. Unscrew and remove the oil injection hole plug, air exchanger, and its oil inlet plug.
4. Drain the remaining lubricating oil from the gearbox in full and eliminate any metal material particles or residues inside the main engine box.
5. After discharging, install the oil drain plug in its original state (tighten it).
6. Burn lubricating oil of the same model from the oil injection hole, pay attention to the amount added, and increase according to the oil level gauge. Do not add too much or too little.
7. After adding oil, tighten the plug of the oil injection hole and the air exchanger.
