After careful inspection, it was found that the bearing seat of the rotary reducer was damaged and cracked, and the outer side of the rolling bearing fell off.

To repair it as soon as possible, it is mainly necessary to carry out surveying and mapping engineering on the bearing seat of the rotary reducer, and produce and process a new bearing seat using high compressive strength raw materials; Next, use a CNC lathe to cut off the bearing seat from the rotary reducer housing into the car, and turn it into a socket and external thread for connecting with the newly made bearing seat; Once again, connect the newly made bearing seat to the reducer housing according to the external thread, use welding technology to supplement the rib plate on the reducer housing, and then weld the socket area by electric welding* Finally, the new bearing seat holes will be deeply machined to the design specifications.

After two steps of actual operation, the repaired bearing seat of the rotary reducer was installed on the retesting machine, and everything was normal during the operation of the rotary reducer.
