When selecting a suitable frame for a cycloidal needle reducer, it is not advisable to use it as one pleases. Only by following the standard specifications can a suitable frame be selected for the cycloidal needle reducer.

1. The selection of supporting facilities for the reducer frame should be based on the size of the reducer output shaft diameter to determine the frame model specifications. If the insertion method and installation specifications match, the output shaft size of the reducer can fluctuate left and right within a certain range.
2. No fulcrum rack.
The support plate points of the rack itself have no shafts, and the mixing shaft should be supported by the two support plate shafts of the reducer output shaft as compression support points. It can be used to transport mixing devices with small output power, which will not be or only be subjected to small radial loads, and the mixing is not very obvious.
3. Single fulcrum rack, which meets one of the following standards, is selected.
(1) Set the bottom bearing of the mixing vessel as a compression fulcrum; (2) The shaft seal itself is equipped with bearings (including stiffness liners) as a compression support point (the compression level shall comply with the requirements of the shaft seal regulations); (3) Inside the agitator vessel, there is a guiding bearing located in the southern part of the shaft, which serves as a compression support point (i.e. the middle bearing).
When using a single fulcrum frame with the standard mixing shaft, the coupling between the mixing shaft and the reducer model must use an HL type ductile pin coupling.
In practical application, it is common to replace the ductile pin coupling with a rigid coupling to connect the mixing shaft and the output shaft of the reducer, and to remove support points such as the bottom bearing or the middle bearing.
That simplifies the application of the single support frame, but it is only suitable for places where the stirring is not obvious, the power is small, and the bearing load is small.
At this point, the GT type rigid coupling should be selected for the coupling device to facilitate micro analysis and adjustment of radial specifications. JQ type clamp shell coupling devices should not be used. If a clamp shell coupling device is used, it is necessary to change the bearing structure of the fulcrum, choose tapered self-aligning bearings with tightening, or remove the lifting ring screws from the clamp shell coupling device to provide moderate adjustment space for the radial part of the mixing shaft.
4. Double fulcrum racks are not suitable for selecting non fulcrum or single fulcrum racks, but double fulcrum racks should be selected.
But the selected double fulcrum frame lower fulcrum bearing structure adopts a tapered hole self-aligning bearing with a locking sleeve, which is convenient for installation and maintenance, and the connection between the mixing shaft and the reducer must use HL type ductile column pin coupling.
