Cycloidal pin gear reducer generally has this common failure

Although cycloidal gear reducers have many characteristics throughout their operation, there are still some common faults that are difficult to avoid.

But when such common faults occur, everyone should immediately attach great importance to handling them. If I haven't encountered common faults in the operation of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer now, I can take a look first: 1. Common faults in the shaft system of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer during deceleration. Starting from the input part, first check whether the motor has shaft displacement, small bearing points or large bearing chambers.

If there are any, maintenance or replacement of parts will ensure that the motor operates normally with a single version sound, and the rotor shaft of the motor rotates and vibrates ≤ 0.01mm. Based on the rotation base of the motor rotor, use a dial gauge to accurately measure the levelness between the motor rotor and the inner hole of the flange ≤ 0.035mm, and the coaxiality with the stop ≤ 0.035mm.

The rules for inputting shaft and bearing end caps on the web end are also the same; If it does not pass the standard, this type of part can be installed in the supporting facilities after being aligned on the CNC lathe, and then aligned and tested to solve the problem.

2、 There are four common and key faults in the output of the cycloidal gear reducer: ① bearing wear and damage, replacement of the bearing is sufficient; ② The output shaft bearing point is worn and the pin hole is detached.

If the bearing points are worn, the CNC lathe on the shaft can be aligned with supporting facilities using four claws, and the standard is set on the precision positioning sleeve and protective sleeve platform of the output shaft without wear, with a coaxiality of 0.015mm; ③ The output shaft pin hole falls off, which can be determined based on the model size and compressive strength. Generally, for B3 and below, the original hole gap can be filled with 0.015-0.035, and then leveled again. The two holes are shifted in the middle to produce a matching hole; If the machine number is large, the car chassis pin hole can be added to leave a stop, and the production and processing of newly opened real estate projects can be re drilled and bored after hot installation; ④ After the bearing hole of the electric motor shaft falls off, the wear and expansion are ineffective. The inner hole and bottom edge can be used to align, with a levelness of 0.03mm, and the stop and non worn bearing holes should be aligned. The supporting facilities for expanding the hole should be used to produce and repair the worn bearing hole, and the coaxiality should be controlled within ≤ 0.025mm.

4) Abnormal temperature and common faults occur in the third part of the reduction speed of the cycloidal gear reducer. Common faults include the cycloidal gear, needle gear housing, and eccentric sleeve. The ineffective way of the cycloidal gear is mainly due to insufficient oil or poor lubrication, which leads to excessive friction heat between the base hole of the cycloidal gear and the rotary arm bearing during operation, resulting in quenching, plywood, and wear deformation, The comparison between the large planetary hole of the cycloidal gear and the spiral gear teeth is generally not damaged or the level of damage is fine due to the low speed ratio.

When the cycloidal gear is under pressure during operation, the key is the frictional resistance in the longitudinal direction, while it is not under pressure in the radial direction. Therefore, the two vertical planes of the cycloidal gear and the large planetary hole can be used as maintenance standards.

The method of maintenance is to align the worn cycloidal wheel of the internal thread and increase it with a wire cutting machine, with a wall thickness between 3-5mm.

Subsequently, four cylindrical pins with a thickness of about 10mm higher than the thickness of the cycloidal wheel were produced and processed, with a cylindricity of 0.005. The transition fit was installed into the large planetary hole of the maintenance cycloidal wheel. The CNC lathe used the inner hole of the wheel to find the flatness within 0.015mm, and the cylindrical pins matched with the large planetary hole were used to find the coaxiality of the rotating base through vibration, controlled within 0.02mm.

Subsequently, a small grinding head is installed on the lathe tool holder to cut a part of the line, clarify the basic specifications, remove it, and then draw a radial trisection line on the production and processing surface. A 1.0mm cutting blade is used to polish three 0.5mm deep pipe grooves in the radial direction, which is used for threading processing on the cutting machine again.

In addition, a wheel inner hole sleeve with a Gr15 heat treatment hardness of HRC58-62 is produced and processed. The inner thread specification is 0.5mm smaller than the outer hole size, and the roughness of the inner hole after cutting is Ra0.08. The diameter specification is φ 5 ± 0.005mm, thickness consistent with the wheel thickness, pressed into the internal thread of the cycloidal wheel, and produced and processed three pieces on the online cutting machine φ Add a pin to the pin hole of 2, and use a four jaw chuck to align it on the CNC lathe. The flatness is 0.01mm and the coaxiality is 0.01mm. Cut the internal thread to the standard fitting tolerance precision. Remove the pin from the large planetary hole and complete the maintenance.

For places with very strict regulations, it is possible to use coordinate measuring machines or tool microscopes to inspect the deviation of repaired parts.

Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the cycloidal gear reducer under load does not exceed 45 ℃.

When the temperature exceeds 50 ℃, the machine should be turned off for inspection first.

The occurrence of abnormal temperature may be due to unscientific lubrication of a part of the body's transmission system (especially in the rotary arm bearings), or due to radial compression, causing friction in the inner hole. The oil volume aspect ratio and the type of car oil should be checked, or the machine should be disassembled to check for pressure polished plywood and inner hole grinding.

After looking at the common faults during the operation of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer mentioned above, if you encounter any common faults, you can use the above measures to solve them in the middle.
