Proper handling of gear motor bearing wear

Gear reduction motors use various transmission gears to achieve the goal of deceleration.

Composed of various gear pairs, for example, using a transmission gear to drive a large gear can achieve a certain goal of speed reduction, and then using a multi-level structure can significantly reduce the speed ratio.

Gear reduction motors are generally used in transmission equipment with low speed ratios to expand torque. The driving force of the motor, gas turbine, or other high-speed operation is reduced by combining the gear with fewer teeth on the input shaft of the reducer and the large gear on the output shaft. Generally, reducers also have several sets of gears with the same basic principle to achieve ideal reduction effects. The gear ratio of the size gear is, which is the reduction ratio.

According to the relative parts of the gear centerline, there are parallel plane axis cylindrical gear reduction motors, intersection point axis conical gear reduction motors, and overlapping axis spiral gear reduction motors, which have the characteristics of compact structure, high efficiency, and long service life.

The bearing chamber of the gear reducer motor is worn, and after the problem arises, the traditional method cannot change the mutual matching relationship between hard and hard. Under the comprehensive effect of various forces, it will still lead to re wear.

1. Improper installation of bearings.

To assemble a roller bearing with excellent assembly line, only axial force should be applied. If the outer side is installed crooked, the plan view will create a viewing angle, which will cause the bearing clearance to be too large or too small, resulting in inconvenient rotation and overheating of the bearing.

Therefore, it is necessary to install the bearings appropriately.

2. Adding too much lubricating grease to the bearing can cause overheating between the rotation of the bearing and the lubricating grease, making the bearing very prone to wear and tear.

3. The stainless steel passivation of the bearing causes severe wear on the rollers, steel balls, inner and outer rings, and steel ball support frames. The stainless steel passivation that falls off endangers the rotation of the bearing, producing a sound that is caused by the impact of metal materials, resulting in wear and tear of the bearing.

4. The problem of bearing clearance is that there is a radial displacement in the gear reduction motor, which results in a very small radial clearance between the rear cover plate of the bearing and the outer sleeve of the bearing movement.

Large, medium, and small gear reduction motors generally use ball bearings at the non shaft extension end and roller bearings at the shaft extension end.

That way, the motor rotor can be of any length when subjected to thermal deformation.

Both sides of the rental generator set are equipped with ball bearings, and there should be a moderate gap between the bearing cover plate and the bearing outer sleeve.

If there is no gap, the front or rear bearing covers can be removed slightly, or a plastic paper sealing gasket can be added between the bearing cover and the end cover.

5. The end cover of the gear reducer motor for liver depression and kidney deficiency is not very good, and the internal machine equipment parts are not tightly secured, causing the steel balls to deviate from the track and rotate and become hot.

Causing damage to bearings and endangering the normal operation of gear reduction motors.
