In the future, when applying it, oil change must also be carried out. Changing the oil of the cycloidal reducer is a task that must be paid attention to. Everyone must not take it lightly. When changing the oil of the cycloidal reducer, it is important to pay attention to the following matters.

If the factory is set to add oil, it is generally all lubricating grease. Plant oils such as molybdenum disulfide-2 or ZL-2 lithium based grease should be used due to the factory's reducer to facilitate loading, unloading, handling, and transportation.

Lubricating oil is generally not introduced and is only introduced before application. It is strongly recommended to use N150 extreme pressure industrial gear oil at room temperature.

Lubricating oil replacement cycle time: After 200 hours of operation, the gearbox must undergo * times of lubricating oil replacement, and residual oil should be removed during the replacement.

*After the second oil change, the gearbox will continue to operate for about 10 hours every day.

Lubricating oil should be replaced every 3 months, and for reducers that operate for no more than 10 hours per day, lubricating oil should be replaced every 6 months.

Gearboxes that have not been used for a long time (usually around December) must be replaced with lubricating oil before being reused. Lubricating oils of different models and specifications cannot be used interchangeably! The oil change of the cycloidal reducer may seem very simple, but everyone understands that there are actually many key points that need to be paid attention to and remembered throughout the actual operation process.
